LSM 880 Airyscan
LSM800 overview
The LSM 880 airyscan is a fast state-of-the-art inverted point laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with a highly sensitive GaAsP detector for spectral imaging and the novel AiryScan detector allowing to image at super resolution.
The acquisition of the microscope system was supported by the DFG. The system has been put into service at the University in 2017 by the groups of Ingo Heilmann and Jürgen Krieger.
